Rwanda shares continue to slow down

The Rwanda stock market shares continued to slow down as the indexes remained constant to close at 146.99 and 130.62 respectively.

Crystal telecom counter closed at Frw 100 (Frw 100 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 12,070,000 from 123,800 shares traded in 5 deals.

The Bralirwa counter closed at Frw 174 (Frw 174 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 295,800 from 1,700 shares traded in 1 deal.

Bank of Kigali counter closed at Frw 280 (Frw 280 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 476,056,000 from 1,700,200 shares traded in 7 deals.

While the KCB counter was quiet today. The company last traded at Frw 330. And the the EQTY, NMG and USL counters were quiet today and last closed at Frw 334, Frw 1,200 and Frw 104 respectively.

At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 47,500 BK shares between Frw 285-300 and an outstanding bid of 2,100 shares at Frw 275. On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers 41,500 shares at Frw 174 and an outstanding bid of 153,000 shares between Frw 165-168.On CTL counter, there were outstanding offers of 675,500 shares between Frw 100-107 and an outstanding bid of 5,000 shares at Frw 90. On KCB counter there was an outstanding offer of 9,700 shares at Frw 340 and no bids.
