Rwanda: Local Bourse up 1.65 points

Rwanda bourse remains silent

There was  a positive  trading  session on Friday with the  local bourse  going up  to  round  the week  that was characterized with  stock price  going low.

The RSI went up 1.65 points on Friday to close at 232.12 pushed byrising Bralirwa    share price that went up Rwf 4 to close at Rwf 374. The All Share Index-ALSI also went up 0.42points closing at 136.17

The Bank of Kigali counter-BK closed at Rwf 300 constant from the previous share price that closed at Rwf 300.

By end of trading session on Friday the BK counter had recorded a total turnover   of 7,033,600 from 23,600 shares traded in 3deals while Bralirwa recorded a total turnover of Rwf 187,000 from 500 sharestraded once.

While there were no transaction recorded on KCB, NMG and Uchumi Supermarket Limited counters throughout the week.

At the ring of the closing bell on Friday, there were outstanding offers of 33,600 BK shares between Rwf 298-310 and an outstanding bid of 1000 shares at Rwf 280 with Bralirwa counter recording outstanding offers of 18,800 shares between Rwf 370-407 and with no outstanding bids.

By close of trading session there were an outstanding bid of 100 shares at Rwf 185 and no outstanding offers and an outstanding offer of 6,000 shares at Rwf 104 and no outstanding bids on KCB and Uchumi Supermarket Limited-USL counters respectively.

Meanwhile, Friday’s trading session on RSE bond market recorded an outstanding bid of 500,000 at Rwf100.While there was an outstanding offer of 100,000 at Rwf 102 from government bonds FXD 3/2014/5yrs (RW000A1ZN2X8) at Rwf 100.
