Rwanda bourse remains constant

Market share trading on Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE) have remain constant with none of the major share offing making a slight change from the previous trading on August 26.

Just like the previous day, there were no transactions were recorded on Bond Market from Government and BCR bid for corporate bonds at 100.5 unlike in the previous bid stake which stood at 102.25.

Apparently the Equity Market Price List didn’t change (BOK 184, BLR 860, KCB 175 and NMG 1200) and the RSE Share index stood at 221.97 shares while Total Rwanda Share indexes remained constant at 132.30 shares.

The market recorded 8,000 Bralirwa shares valued at Rwf 6, 880,000 in five deals compared to the previous trading session which recorded 21,300 BoK shares and 600 Bralirwa shares that were valued at Rwf 4, 372,200 in seven deals.

The RSE share index (RSI) remained unchanged compared to the previous trading session of 221.97 as the most active counters, BoK and Bralirwa remained unchanged from the previous closing prices of Rwf 184 and Rwf 860 respectively.

Bralirwa shares traded and closed at Rwf 860 whereas BoK counter was quiet with no shares recorded. KCB shares last transacted at Rwf 175 while NMG shares last transacted at Rwf 1,200.

At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 1,274,600 BoK shares between Rwf 184-200 and no outstanding bids. On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 51,600 shares between Rwf 860-890 and no outstanding bids.
