Rwanda bourse drops in shares

The Rwanda stock market index went down 0.81 points to close 215.43 and ALSI went down 0.10 points to close at 144.69.

The bank of Kigali counter closed at Frw 290 (Frw 290 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 75,851,500 from 270,800 shares traded in 6 deals.

While the Bralirwa counter closed at Frw 337 (Frw 339 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 100,900 from 300 shares traded in 2 deals.

The equity counter was quiet today and closed at Frw 334. The last trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 334,000 from 1,000 shares traded once. No transaction recorded on NMG, KCB and USL counters.

At the end of formal trading hours, there are outstanding offers of 64,100 BK shares between Frw 290-300 and no bids.

On Bralirwa counter, there are outstanding offers of 793,700 shares between Frw 337-371 and no bids. On KCB counter there is an outstanding offer of 1,000 shares at Frw 370 and no bids.

On USL counter there is an outstanding offer of 6,500 shares at Frw 104 and no bids. Today on RSE bond market there were outstanding offers of 3,500,000 for government bonds FXD 4/2014 between Frw100-106 and an outstanding bid of 5,000,000 at Frw 99.5.

On FXD1/2014 there is an outstanding offer of 5,000,000 at Frw 106 and an outstanding bid of 5,000,000 at Frw 100.5. On FXD3/2014 there is an outstanding offer of 5,000,000 at Frw 100 and an outstanding bid of 5,000,000 at Frw 99.5.
