Rwanda bourse continues to drop

The Rwanda stock market index went down 1.78 points to close at 168.87 and all shares went down 0.22 points to close at 133.34 on the third day of business.

Crystal telecom counter was quiet today and closed at Frw 104. The last trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 2,496,000 from 24,000 shares traded in one deal.

Bank of Kigali counter closed at Frw 277 (Frw 278 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 581,700 from 2,100 shares traded in one deal.

While the Bralirwa counter closed at Frw 233 (Frw 237 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 2,698,000 from 11,600 shares traded in 3 deals.

KCB counter was quiet today and closed at Frw 330. The last trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 198,000 from 600 shares traded in one deal.

EQTY, NMG and USL counters were quiet today and last closed at Frw 334, Frw 1,200 and Frw 104 respectively.

At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 292,900 BK shares between Frw 274-305 and an outstanding bid of 12,000 shares at Frw 265.

On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 359,800 shares between Frw 230-260 and no bids. On CTL counter there were outstanding offers of 505,200 shares between Frw 100-110 and no bids.
