The Rwanda stock market index went up 2.25 points to close at 164.37 and all shares went up 0.28 points to close at 137.78, as the first day of business opened in Kigali.

The Crystal telecom counter was quiet today and closed at Frw 105 (Frw 104 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 4,683,000 from 44,600 shares traded in one deal.

As the Bank of Kigali counter closed at Frw 280 (Frw 273 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 56,000 from 200 shares traded in one deal.

The Bralirwa counter was quiet today and closed at Frw 218. The last trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 654,000 from 3,000 shares traded in one deal.

While the KCB counter was quiet today and closed at Frw 330. The last trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 198,000 from 600 shares traded in one deal.

EQTY, NMG and USL counters were quiet today and last closed at Frw 334, Frw 1,200 and Frw 104 respectively.

At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 227,300 BK shares between Frw 280-300 and outstanding bids of 28,600 shares between Frw 260-265.

On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 288,100 shares between Frw 218-240 and no bids. On CTL counter there were outstanding offers of 571,900 shares between Frw 105-114 and no bids.
