Local bourse regains activity at end of trading week

Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSI) went up 1.25 points to close at 227.92 and ALSI went up 0.32 points to close at 133.61.

The Bank of Kigali (BK) counters closed at Rwf 290 (Rwf 293 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Rwf 377,000 from 1,300 shares traded in 2 deals.

The Bralirwa counter closed at Rwf 365 (Rwf 360 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Rwf 99,121,000 from 277,600 shares traded in 4 deals.

No transaction recorded on KCB, NMG and Uchumi Supermarket Limited counters.

At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 335,000 BK shares between Rwf 292-310 and an outstanding bid of 5,000 shares at Rwf 280.

On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 4,600 shares between Rwf 360-380 and outstanding bids of 16,000 shares at Rwf 350. On USL counter there was an outstanding Offer of 6,000 shares at Rwf 104 and no outstanding bids. On today’s RSE bond market; there was an outstanding bid of 500,000 bonds at Rwf 100 and no outstanding offers from government bonds
