The local bourse on Tuesday recorded total turnovers of Rwf 7,857,500 a high compared to yesterday’s trading  that  recorded rwf 3,959,000 indicating an  increase of Rwf 3,898,500.

The turnover was as a result of 22,300 BK shares and 4,000 Bralirwa shares traded in 8 deals, compared to yesterday’s total turnover (Rwf 3,959,000) that was from 8,900 Bralirwa shares traded in 4 deals.

While, RSE share index pushed by falling Bank of Kigali-BK share price  that closed at Rwf 275 went down 0.92 points closing   at  254.00 by the end of trading session on Tuesday.

By end of formal trading hours, Bank of Kigali counter  traded between rwf 270-275 before closing at Rwf 275  shedding off rwf 5 after  remaining silent since Friday.

Whilst, Bralirwa counter traded and closed at Rwf 444  going  up Rwf 1 after shedding off rwf 2 during   yesterday’s session when  compared to Friday trading session.

The Kenya Commerical bank-KCB, Nation Media Group-NMG and Uchumi Supermarket shares last transacted at Rwf 185, Rwf 1,200 and Rwf 104 respectively.

At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding bids of 100,100 BK shares between Rwf 260-275 and outstanding offers of 57,700 shares between Rwf 280-285.

On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 439,200 shares between Rwf 442-455 and no outstanding bids.

Then on Uchumi Supermarket counter, there was an outstanding offer of 6,600 shares at Rwf 104 and no outstanding bids.

On the other hand,  The RSE bond market  on Tuesday  recorded  an outstanding bid of 600,000 government bonds at Rwf 100.
