Local bourse quite as trading week begins

The local bourse remained quite at the end of trading hours on Monday compared to the previous trading session on Friday, kicking off the trading week in a quite mood.

The trading session saw RSI closing at 241.19 constant compared to the previous session as ALSI also remaining stable closing at 138.48 which was due to quite trading on both BK and Bralirwa counters that closed at Rwf305and Rwf 393 respectively.

While the KCB, NMG and Uchumi Supermarket that are the cross listed counters continued to   record no transactions

At the end of  formal trading hours, BK counter recorded outstanding offers of 39,200 BK shares between Rwf 302-330 and with no outstanding bids while Bralirwa  which   is  also the active  counter at the local bourse had outstanding offers of 437,100 shares between Rwf 398-432 and with also  no outstanding bids.

On the other hand, KCBcounter recorded   an outstanding bid of 100 shares at Rwf 180 and no outstanding offers while Uchumi Supermarket Limited-USL had an outstanding offer of 6,000 shares at Rwf 104 and no outstanding bids.

On today’s RSE bond market; there was an outstanding bid of 500,000 at Rwf 100 and an outstanding offer of 100,000 at Rwf 102 from government bonds(FXD 3/2014/5yr) RW000A1ZN2X8.
