Kigali shares pick up pace

The Rwanda stock market index went up 0.80 points to close 214.91 and all shares indexes also went up 0.09 points to close at 144.63.

The Bank of Kigali counter closed at Frw 285 (Frw 282 previous).  The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 71,178,500 from 254,200 shares traded into 9 deals.

The Bralirwa counter was quiet today and closed at Frw 339. The last trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 128,345,400 from 378,600 shares traded twice.

The Equity counter was quiet today and closed at Frw 334.  The last trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 334,000 from 1,000 shares traded once. No transaction recorded on NMG, KCB and USL counters.

At the end of formal trading hours, there are outstanding offers of 69,700 BK shares between Frw 285-296 and an outstanding bid of 4,000 shares at Frw 278.

On Bralirwa counter, there are outstanding offers of 688,800 shares between Frw 339-371 and no bids. On KCB counter there is an outstanding offer of 1,000 shares at Frw 370 and no bids.

Today on RSE bond market there is an outstanding offer of 3,500,000  for  government  bonds  FXD  4/2014/7yrs (RW000A1ZTAM0)  between  Frw100-106  and  no  bids  and  an outstanding  offer  of  13,500,000  for  government  bond FXD1/2014/3Yrs RW000A1VE4S9) between  Frw  100.5-106  and  no bids.

On (FXD3/2014/5yrs) there is an outstanding offer of 5,000,000 at Frw 100 and no bids.
