I&M Bank Shares Pick up as Bourse Booms

Both Rwanda Stock Index and All shares indexes went up 0.75 and 0.11 point then closed at 124.10 and 127.76 respectively.

Today on RSE market only a few equities changed hands while the bonds market was quiet. I&M Bank (IMR) counter had an outstanding performance with shares closing at Frw 109(Frw 105 previous).

The trading session recorded a total turnover of Frw 10,292,000 from 98,000 shares traded in 2 deals.

The equities counters closed as follows: Bralirwa; Frw 137; Crystal; Frw 90; Bank of Kigali; Frw 245; EQTY: Frw 334; NMG: Frw 1200; KCB: Frw 330; and USL: Frw 104. 2.

At the end of the formal trading hours, on Bank of Kigali counter there were outstanding offers of 372,200 shares at Frw 245 and no bids.

On Bralirwa counter there were outstanding offers of 473,200 shares between Frw 137-140 and no bids. On CTL counter, there were outstanding offers of 14,400 shares between Frw 90- 95 and no bids.

On IMR counter, there was an outstanding bid of 32,200 shares at Frw 103 and no offers. On the bond market, there was an outstanding bid of Frw 500,000 worth of bonds at Frw 104 and no offers.
