The Rwanda Stock Exchange share index (RSI) went down by 0.41 points to close at 264.08 resulting from a drop in Bralirwa share price.
Apparently Bralirwa made a good start on Monday, pushing up the bourse at 0.82 points to close at 264.49 with a share price closing at Rwf457.
The turnover for today’s trading session was Rwf7, 878,500 from 2,500 BoK shares and 15,600 Bralirwa shares traded in eight deals compared to yesterday’s turnover of Rwf159, 512,700 from 544,100 BoK shares and 200 Bralirwa shares traded in three deals.
BoK shares traded and closed at Rwf293, unchanged from yesterday’s closing price while Bralirwa shares traded between Rwf 456-460 and closed at Rwf456, translating into a decline of Rwf1 from yersterday’s closing price.
On the other hand KCB, NMG, and Uchumi Supermarket’s shares last transacted at Rwf185, Rwf1200 and Rwf175 respectively.
At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 108,400 BoK shares between Rwf293-315 and no outstanding bids.
On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding bids of 69,900 shares between Rwf445-455 and outstanding offers of 400 shares at Rwf460.
