Crystal telecom announces dividend payout

Crystal telecom, the latest entrant on the Rwanda stock market bourse has announced a special dividend payout amounting to Rwf1.7billions and closure of share’s registration.

The Crystal telecom board of directors, in a statement, said that closure of share registration will be on September 11, and dividends will be paid on by October 2, 2015, but only to registered members.

In the meantime, the Rwanda stock market shares went up1.25 points to close at 194.57 and all shares indexes also went up 0.16 points to close at 142.

Crystal telecom counter closed at Rwf 126 (Rwf 126 previous). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Rwf 150,200 from 1,200 shares traded in 2 deals.

The Bank of Kigali counter closed at Rwf 290 (Rwf 285). The trading session recorded a total turnover of Rwf 61,826,200 from 220,800 shares traded in 3 deals.

While the Bralirwa counter was quiet today and closed at Rwf 292. The last trading session recorded a total turnover of Rwf 292,000 from 1,000 shares traded once.

The Equity counter was quiet and closed at Rwf 334. The last trading session recorded a total turnover of Rwf 334,000 from 1,000 shares traded once.

The KCB counter was also silent and closed at Rwf 370. The last trading session recorded a total turnover of Rwf 555,000 from 1,500 shares traded once. No transaction recorded on NMG and USL counters.

At the end of formal trading hours, there are outstanding offers of 173,900 BK shares between Rwf 290-300 and outstanding bids of 60,000 shares between Rwf 270-275.

On Bralirwa counter, there are outstanding offers of 823,500 shares between Rwf 289-320 and no bids. On CTL counter there are outstanding offers of 405,700 shares between Rwf 126-139 and outstanding bids of 8,800 shares between Rwf 116-120.

On USL there is an outstanding offer of 6,500 shares at 104 and no bids.

On RSE bond market there are an outstanding offer of Rwf 2,100,000 worth of bonds between Rwf 104.5 and Rwf 105 and no bids.
