BoK shares record good resultsAs Rwanda continues to host a high level international summit on ICT, Bank of Kigali shares have managed to make a marginal increase on the stock markets, compared to the start of the trading week.


Today on RSE, the market recorded four deals of 75,600 BoK shares worth RwF 14,515,700; up marginally from Rwf 6, 624,000 on a volume of 34,500 BoK shares traded in two deals yesterday.

The RSE share index (RSI) remained unchanged compared to the previous trading session of 213.77 as the most active counters, BoK and Bralirwa remained unchanged from the previous closing prices of Rwf 192 and Rwf 809 respectively.

BoK shares traded between Rwf 192-193 and closed at Rwf 193 whereas Bralirwa counter remained quiet with no shares recorded. KCB shares last transacted at Rwf 175 while NMG and Uchumi Supermarket shares last transacted at Rwf 1,200 and Rwf 175 respectively.

At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 644,300 BoK shares between Rwf 195-210 and outstanding bids of 685,700 shares between Rwf 191-192.

On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 543,700 shares between Rwf 808-890 and no outstanding bids. On KCB counter; there was an outstanding bid of 5,000 shares at Rwf 180 and no outstanding offers.
